Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations, and establish payment methods.
Process guest check-outs, providing detailed explanations of billing.
Handle guest interactions with exceptional hospitality and professionalism, addressing special requests when possible.
Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, staff, events, and directions.
Respond to guest requests promptly, in person or by phone, and address any complaints.
Recognize opportunities to personalize guest experiences for a memorable stay.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sensitivity to cultural differences and customer-focused.
Guest-centric approach, attentive to guest preferences and needs.
