Job Description
Position: Engineering Helper
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire safety, and interior decorating under the shift engineer’s supervision.
Assist with mechanical and electrical repairs, including motors, starters, breakers, and related equipment.
Maintain logs for work performed and assist in preventative maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Replace lamps, repair sockets, and manage electrical setups for events and conventions.
Assist with electrical wiring for renovations and updates to equipment.
Operate the Building Management System (BMS) and manage work dispatch via the HotSOS system.
Maintain checklists for mandatory systems and process requisition orders.
Qualifications:
Two years of technical trade school or relevant work experience.
Administrative experience is a plus.

Schedule:
