Position: Door Attendant
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with valet, bell staff, and front desk.
Provide guests with accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and events.
Ensure hotel safety by monitoring entrances and maintaining security protocols.
Assist with luggage and respond to guest needs with personalized service.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for positive guest interactions.
Professional appearance and demeanor, upholding luxury standards.
Experience in luxury hospitality or customer service, understanding high-end guest expectations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt while remaining composed.
Physical fitness to assist with luggage and stand for extended periods.
