Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a range of wines, spirits, and cocktails according to recipes and Four Seasons Standards.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
– Engage warmly with guests, anticipate needs, and enhance their experience.
– Recommend beverages and provide insights into our diverse menu.
– Collaborate with the team to develop new cocktails and promotions.
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
– Must be 21 years or older.
– In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
– Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
– Skill in creating innovative and signature cocktails.
– Attention to detail and an eye for presentation.
