Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Child Safety and Engagement:

Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment and Rixy Club Supervisor to ensure a secure environment for all children.
Guarantee parents complete the registration forms, providing accurate details about their children.
Follow a structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedule to create an engaging experience for kids.
2. Facility and Equipment Management:

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of toys and equipment in the club or crèche.
Regularly clean and inspect equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Notify the Assistant Recreation Manager or Supervisor of any need for additional or replacement toys.
3. Operations and Standards:

Keep the kids’ club clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Enforce the club’s rules and regulations consistently to ensure smooth operations.
Stay informed about the club’s facilities, schedules, promotions, and pricing to assist parents effectively.
4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Team Leader and Director of Entertainment to provide personalized and timely service.
Uphold the operational standards outlined in the Rixos Bab Al Bah policies and Operational Standards Manual (OSM).

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children.
Ability to create a nurturing and enjoyable environment for kids of different age groups.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices related to child care.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
