Job Purpose
As a Cabin Crew member, you will:
Represent Air Arabia positively to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and Preparedness
Ensure prompt attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for duty on assigned flights.
Attend pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, roles, safety, and security checks.
Safety Measures
Guide passengers on safety protocols, identifying any risks, and assisting with remedial actions.
Administer first aid when necessary and promptly report any irregularities to the Captain or Cabin Supervisor.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist passengers with boarding and onboard needs.
Enhance the in-flight experience by managing pre-bookings, special requests, and offering excellent service.
Promote onboard sales and the “Charity Cloud” program, aiming to meet individual and team revenue targets.
Crosschecking and Reporting
Conduct pre-flight checks of safety equipment, supplies, and catering provisions.
Oversee post-flight assessments and report discrepancies or issues to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
Ensure proper handling of duty-free sales, payments, and donations.
Team Contribution
Attend recurrent training sessions to maintain knowledge of safety procedures and meet licensing requirements.
Contribute to team targets, meeting sales objectives, and achieving high standards of service.
Important Requirements
Age: 20-26 years (without prior experience); up to 33 years (with prior cabin crew experience).
Height: Minimum of 160 cm (Female) and 168 cm (Male).
Weight: Proportional to height and age.
Physical Fitness: Must be medically fit with clear skin (no visible tattoos).
Swimming: Must be able to swim with a flotation device.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a Diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
Certifications: First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training are valuable.
Health: General good health, no chronic conditions affecting performance.
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic fluency is an asset.
Work Experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in cabin crew, customer service, or the aviation/hospitality industry is beneficial.
Flexibility to work extended hours and shifts, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced schedule.
