Job Title: Senior Customer Support Officer – Commercial Lines
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator for Commercial Lines will support day-to-day operations within the Customer Services team, ensuring adherence to established operational standards and procedures. Reporting to the Manager – Commercial Lines, this role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service for property insurance and engineering line transactions, including quotations, renewals, and endorsements.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all operational procedures to ensure controlled, consistent workflow.
Carry out daily Customer Services tasks under the guidance of the Manager – Commercial Lines, ensuring all work processes meet established standards.
Participate actively in team meetings, offering suggestions for ongoing improvement.
Review and assess new and renewal business submissions within your authority.
Provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality customer service across various transactions, including:Quotation requests
New business submissions
Renewals
Endorsements
Certificates
Customer complaints
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in GCC countries, with in-depth knowledge of property insurance and engineering lines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree; certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) or equivalent in Insurance Operations is preferred.
Language: Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
