Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement: Check in with customers to create a welcoming and personalized experience, ensuring they are enjoying their meals and addressing any concerns.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes, directly at tables when needed.
Menu Presentation and Guidance: Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and inform customers of daily specials.
Table Setup and Clean-Up: Prepare tables by setting up tableware before meals and promptly clear tables or counters after guests have finished.
Order Accuracy: Audit all plates and orders for accuracy before serving to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients to customers, ensuring clarity and enthusiasm for each dish.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
