Job Description

This position with Mediclinic Middle East requires a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to deliver specialized care to patients, support the department’s quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior staff. Here’s an outline of the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Specialized Assessments and Treatments: Perform advanced physiotherapy assessments and interventions across areas like respiratory, orthopaedics, and neurology.
Team Support and Coordination: Offer guidance to colleagues, fostering collaboration to enhance patient care.
Quality Improvement: Actively engage in departmental quality, risk management, and governance programs to ensure best practices.
Patient Experience Management: Uphold high standards in patient experience, aligning with Mediclinic’s protocols.
Staff Development: Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, aiding their professional growth.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (accredited institution).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced post-graduate training in a related area is advantageous.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in an inpatient setting with exposure to respiratory, orthopaedics, and neurological cases.
Senior-level expertise in neurology within both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings.
UAE licensure or eligibility for Physiotherapy practice.

Proficiency in team leadership.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
