Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Transformation PMO

Job Purpose:
Lead and coordinate specific strategic projects within the Transformation Project Management Office (PMO), collaborating both internally with various departments and externally with consultants and third-party vendors to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Manage and oversee small-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Transformation PMO Support:

Facilitate the effective functioning of the Transformation PMO by coordinating activities, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate minute-taking.
Build and maintain strong internal relationships to secure stakeholder time and resources for PMO initiatives.
Project Monitoring and Oversight:

Track project plans, schedules, and deadlines for assigned projects and project components, ensuring timely progress.
Adapt to hybrid work environments, including work-from-home (WFH) settings, to maintain productivity.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project stakeholders to enable effective execution of assigned tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
Clear Communication:

Maintain clear, open communication with team members and project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Facilitate information sharing within the team to drive effective project outcomes.
Change Management:

Support the PMO with change management activities, including organizing training and managing stakeholder access to necessary facilities and resources for smooth transitions.

Competencies and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree; PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Experience: 6–8 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of project coordination and stakeholder management.
