What You’ll Do

Quality Control: Maintain high quality and consistency across various locations or outlets.
Training and Development: Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure they adhere to the brand’s culinary standards.
Collaborations: Partner with other chefs, influencers, or brands to promote the brand’s culinary offerings.
Market Research: Stay updated on culinary trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to keep the brand competitive.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 10+ years in the culinary field, especially in bakery/pastry and senior leadership roles.
Expertise in Premium Brands: Proven success in menu development, recipe creation, and food styling for high-end brands.
Leadership and Training: Skilled in leading teams, ensuring quality control, and training across multiple outlets.
Brand Representation: Experience representing brands at events, media engagements, and through partnerships.
Innovation and Trend Awareness: Strong ability to innovate and stay current with culinary trends to maintain brand relevance.
Communication and Compliance: Excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of food safety and industry regulations.
