Job Title: F & B Hostess

What You’ll Do
Welcome Guests: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their table, present menus, and introduce them to the waitstaff.
Provide Information: Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a seamless handoff to the service staff.
Manage Reservations: Answer incoming calls for reservations and respond to inquiries with exceptional service.
Queue Management: Monitor guests in queue and ensure timely attention to their needs.
Support Team: Assist with related tasks as needed to contribute to team success.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Menu Knowledge: Ability to describe and explain the menu confidently.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and team-oriented approach.
Motivation and Leadership: Self-motivated with leadership qualities and multitasking skills.
