Job Title: Dispatcher

What You’ll Do
Order Verification and Logistics: Verify orders, arrange transportation, and ensure timely delivery.
Order Organization: Edit orders for price, promotions, and dietary requirements to ensure compliance.
Inventory Management: Check stock levels, anticipate delivery requirements, and place or expedite orders as needed.
Order Accuracy: Examine food items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; verify food orders by matching bills and reconciling quantities, noting any discrepancies.
Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of order availability, delivery method, and status; answer customer questions promptly.
Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information, including pricing, promotions, purchase orders, and credit limits.
Kitchen Coordination: Receive client orders, relay them to the kitchen, monitor progress, and ensure the kitchen prepares dishes according to specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor sanitation and temperature standards, ensuring additional requirements are met.

What We Are Looking For
Education: Minimum high school diploma.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Team Player: Positive, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a multicultural, high-pressure environment.
