Job Title: Barista

What You’ll Do
Maintain the highest quality and consistency in product standards.
Follow company drink recipes and preparation procedures.
Understand beverage origins and flavor differences, ensuring an informed customer experience.
Greet customers warmly, providing fast, friendly, and personalized service; build rapport by remembering customers’ names and preferences.
Consistently produce high-quality beverages, even under pressure and during busy times.
Address customer complaints promptly by notifying the manager on duty.
Answer customer questions regarding beverage blends, preparation methods, and freshness.
Weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to customer orders, following company guidelines.
Possess extensive knowledge of beverage items, raw ingredients, and flavor pairings to deliver consistent quality and visually appealing beverages.
Manage and control bar stock to minimize waste, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Adaptability: Quick to learn and integrate into new work environments.
Product Knowledge: Extensive understanding of raw products and ability to produce consistent quality across drink varieties.
Hygiene Knowledge: Basic food hygiene practices and standards.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong communication and high interpersonal skills.
Work Ethic: Hardworking team player, highly motivated with the ability to inspire others.
Leadership & Multitasking: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to multitask effectively.
