Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor

Job Description
Lab Preparation & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain undergraduate labs, including Food Science, Food Preparation, Nutritional Assessment, Food Microbiology, and Medical Nutrition Therapy.
Resource Management: Ensure chemicals, reagents, tools, and equipment are well-maintained, in good working condition, and stored properly.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce the College’s laboratory safety requirements.
Student Training: Instruct students on the proper use of lab tools and equipment to enhance their practical learning experience.
Internship Coordination: Assist in organizing and supervising student internships, facilitating hands-on learning opportunities.
Extracurricular Activities: Plan and initiate extracurricular activities to promote student engagement and learning.
Additional Duties: Perform various administrative or supportive tasks as assigned.

General Conditions
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of interactive experience in a related role within academic or medical institutions.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and faculty.
Driving Requirements: Own a car and hold a valid driver’s license for off-campus tasks if necessary.
