About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and coordination with store assistants. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth logistics, accurate record-keeping, and efficient stock management to support our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management: Supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock coordination.
Record-Keeping: Document transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, optimize storage space, and ensure effective stock control.
Team Coordination: Assign tasks to warehouse store assistants, directing pickers for packing and unpacking to support workflow.
Job Requirements:
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, especially with Windows-based programs like MS Office and Oracle.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage tasks, maintain records, and coordinate inventory efficiently.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage team and coordinate tasks effectively.
Education and Experience:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a commercial degree or relevant diploma is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
