Job Opportunity: Marketing Specialist – United Al Saqer Group (BMW/MINI), Abu Dhabi

About the Role: United Al Saqer Group is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the brand’s guidelines and regional office goals. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving market analysis, coordinating campaigns, and optimizing customer data through CRM integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans within the approved budget and guidelines.
Monitor marketing activities to ensure they contribute positively to business growth.
Gather competitor insights on communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.
Attend regular strategy meetings with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to identify market needs.
Support campaign development by gathering CRM data to shape targeted marketing and digital initiatives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media plans, advertising, direct marketing, and events.
Maintain brand consistency in all communications, ensuring alignment with BMW/MINI corporate identity.
Collaborate with the CRM manager to enhance customer data analysis.
Measure and report ROI from marketing activities, factoring in Sales Funnel results.
Maintain effective relationships with external partners, including brand principals and vendors.
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for the Marketing Manager as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience in managing agencies and coordinating with internal resources.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with CMS and social media platforms.
