Job Title: Hostess

What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile and eye contact.
Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce them to their waiter, handling any initial questions.
Seat guests based on their preferences, using visual cues and managing dining flow efficiently.
Inform guests of promotions and provide smooth handoff to service staff.
Answer incoming calls, offering appropriate service and assistance.
Manage guest flow, communicating wait times and seating updates to management.
Uphold sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies, ensuring a safe environment.
Support the team in achieving goals and contributing to a positive guest experience.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in the local language.
Menu Knowledge: Ability to describe and explain the menu confidently.
Interpersonal Skills: High interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Work Ethic: Motivated, hardworking, and capable of inspiring others.
