Job Title: Dispatcher

What You’ll Do
Verify and arrange transportation for food orders.
Organize orders by reviewing pricing, promotions, and dietary requirements.
Check stock to assess inventory levels, anticipate delivery needs, and place or expedite orders.
Review food items, destination, route, rate, and estimated delivery times.
Ensure order accuracy by matching bills with items and reconciling quantities, noting any discrepancies.
Keep customers informed about their order status, delivery method, and availability while answering related questions.
Protect company confidentiality by securing pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information.
Receive client orders, relay them to the kitchen, monitor preparation, and ensure dishes meet order specifications.
Monitor sanitation and temperature standards while additional requirements are prepared.

What We Are Looking For
Education: Minimum high school diploma.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order accuracy and fulfillment.
