Job Title: Barista

What You’ll Do
Maintain high quality and consistency in product standards.
Follow company drink recipes and preparation procedures precisely.
Understand beverage regions and flavor distinctions to inform customers.
Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service, building rapport with customers by remembering names and preferences.
Consistently produce quality beverages, even during peak times and under pressure.
Report customer complaints to the on-duty manager for quick resolution.
Answer customer questions on beverage blends, preparation techniques, and product freshness.
Accurately weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to customer orders and company guidelines.
Possess extensive knowledge of all beverage items, including ingredients and pairing suggestions, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing hot beverages.
Manage bar stock, minimizing waste while ensuring availability of key items.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

What We Are Looking For
Education: Minimum high school diploma.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Adaptability: Quick to learn and integrate into new work environments.
Product Knowledge: Extensive understanding of raw ingredients, flavor pairings, and consistent quality production.
Food Hygiene Knowledge: Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices and standards.
Interpersonal Skills: High interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, hardworking, with a team-oriented mindset and leadership qualities.
Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment while maintaining product quality.
