About the Function
This role is vital for maintaining and planning all hotel facilities, ensuring maximum availability and functionality for a seamless guest experience. As an Engineering Technician, you’ll oversee repair work, preventive maintenance, and reconstruction projects, as well as implement effective emergency recovery plans to minimize disruptions for guests.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Education:Minimum certification in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience:At least 1-2 years in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
Technical Skills:Strong understanding of preventive maintenance for hotel assets.
Responsibilities
Perform all tasks in the Engineering department according to established standards and procedures.
Proactively address issues to prevent guest complaints, and ensure prompt, effective service recovery when necessary.
Communicate clearly with team members, always prioritizing the guest experience.
