Key Responsibilities
Operations:
Oversee sections, schedules, and steward teams to maintain a hygienic and efficient environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of cleaning processes and equipment use.
Adhere to hotel hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, and life safety standards.
Keep stewarding stores clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
Implement “clean as you go” practices to maintain cleanliness during shifts.
Support cross-functional tasks and adapt to business demands as required.
Train and develop team members in proper working practices and safety protocols.
Execute garbage disposal, recycling, and pest control management according to hotel standards.
Manage kitchen deep cleaning, equipment handling, and proper storage of tools.
Regularly report and address maintenance issues.

Administration:
Maintain accurate records, including HACCP logs and inventory documentation.
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and municipality regulations.
Actively participate in meetings, safety drills, and ongoing training.
Assist with maintenance and engineering contracts alongside the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and a strong team-player attitude.
Passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
Adaptability to work flexible hours and perform various tasks as needed.
