About the Function
This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of safety and service for guests at the swimming pool. As a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, you will represent the brand and provide a flawless guest experience, ensuring safety protocols are strictly maintained to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool users.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Service Personality:Genuine service mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Certification and Experience:Lifeguard Certification.
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality setting.
At least one year of supervisory experience if managing a team.
Language Skills:Proficient spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Educational Background:High school diploma (minimum requirement); a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct all poolside tasks according to service standards and safety procedures.
Maintain a safe environment for guests at all times, actively monitoring pool safety.
Go the extra (s)mile to enhance the guest experience.
Proactively manage guest concerns to prevent complaints and ensure prompt service recovery when necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members, consistently prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
