As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring that each guest has a flawless experience from arrival to departure. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, creating an attractive and welcoming environment in rooms, floors, corridors, and pantries.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Experience:At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
Language Skills:Proficiency in English.
Education:Minimum of a high school diploma or higher secondary qualification.
Responsibilities
Execute all housekeeping tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
Go the extra (s)mile to enhance guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring timeliness in both order-taking and delivery.
Proactively handle guest issues to prevent complaints and provide service recovery as needed.
Maintain clear and guest-focused communication with team members.
