This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic, guest-centered environment. As an F&B Service Ambassador, you will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a delighted fan of the restaurant. Your mission is to provide flawless service, creating memorable moments from arrival to farewell.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Genuine Service Personality: A high EQ and commitment to excellent service.
Educational Requirements:High school diploma (minimum); a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:Minimum one year in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
Language Proficiency:Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

Execute all F&B service tasks according to established standards and procedures.
Go the extra (s)mile to enhance the guest experience.
Take proactive steps to prevent complaints and provide effective service recovery when needed.
