Job Description

Educational Background:
High school diploma (minimum requirement).
A degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality company.
Language Skills:
Strong command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Operational Excellence in F&B Service:
Carry out F&B service tasks while adhering to high service standards and procedures.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to preventing complaints and handling service recovery when necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members, always prioritizing the guest experience.
