Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team to achieve growth targets and provide excellent customer service. This role includes developing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and training new staff to ensure a high standard of service and consistent sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates to management.
Train and support sales staff to enhance skills and overall performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Hold regular team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer-focused mindset; proficient in MS Office and CRM software; ability to analyze data and market trends.
Other Qualities: Problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
