Job Opportunity: Auto Painter – United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment, Abu Dhabi

About the Role:
United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment (UASHE) is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves performing high-quality vehicle painting, panel preparation, and restoration, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
– Paint vehicles to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
– Prepare panels and surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and filling as necessary.
– Conduct repairs on minor damages, dents, scratches, and rust removal.
– Ensure accurate color matching for consistent, professional finishes.
– Assess vehicle parts to determine if replacement, protection, or additional sanding is required for optimal painting.
– Evaluate the scope of vehicle repairs, restorations, or customizations and prepare cost estimates as needed.
– Restore damaged vehicles to their original condition using advanced techniques in painting, dent repair, and panel modification.
– Maintain painting tools and equipment, keeping them free from contamination and in good working order.
– Follow all safety protocols and comply with regulations for hazardous materials, including paints and thinners.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive painter.
– Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques.
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to match paint colors accurately.
– OEM certification is preferred.
– High-level craftsmanship with an eye for detail.
