Role Purpose:
Collaborate with the Transformation Team to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and advancing department objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and executive stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and efficient execution of events, activities, and assignments.
Effective Communication: Support in distributing TMO communications to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timely information flow.
Issue Resolution: Track and address sensitive or confidential issues, ensuring prompt action within agreed timelines.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, monitor, and organize essential documents, folders, reports, and master lists for risk mitigation and quick information access.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the calendar for your line manager, coordinating meetings, events, and forums with precision.
Correspondence Management: Oversee internal and external communications, following up on pending items and ensuring alignment with TMO objectives.
Policy Compliance: Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining quality and mitigating operational risks.
Task & Project Execution: Ensure all assignments are completed within department standards, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–4 years in project management, with a strong IT foundation, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
