Job Description
As a Business Banking Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to business banking clients, managing their accounts efficiently, and ensuring an error-free experience. By exceeding service standards, you’ll help clients find the right products, support cross-selling initiatives, and generate valuable leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Digital Transactions: Shift branch-based transactions to cost-effective digital channels to streamline branch operations and reduce costs.
Customer Account Services: Deliver accurate, timely account opening and management services across asset and liability products, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Exceed Service Standards: Consistently meet and exceed service benchmarks to enhance client experiences.
Product Guidance & Cross-Selling: Recommend suitable products based on client needs, promote additional bank services, and proactively generate leads through effective client interaction.
Policy Adherence: Comply with all bank policies, service standards, and codes of conduct to maintain quality and minimize operational risk.
Report Management: Compile MIS reports and promptly address discrepancies to maintain service accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with regulatory standards, conducting due diligence before offering facilities.
Project Support: Participate in branch initiatives such as quality programs, process changes, and sales efforts.
Case Management: Follow up on cases with relevant stakeholders, including customers and internal departments, to ensure complete resolution.
Training & Development: Attend training sessions to stay informed on bank products and continuously improve skills.
Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with supervisors and colleagues to promote teamwork and efficient workflows.

Competencies and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3–4 years in a similar role with business banking experience preferred.
