Exciting Opportunity with Fly Jinnah for A320 Type-Rated Pilots

Contract Specifications
Eligibility: Open to foreign nationals meeting the requirements.
Contract Duration: 15 months, with an initial 3-month training phase followed by 12 months of flying duties. Renewable by mutual agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations:Perform as ‘Pilot Flying’ or ‘Pilot Monitoring,’ assisting the Captain with cockpit management, flight monitoring, and overall crew performance.
Conduct flights per the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe, smooth aircraft operation.
Coordinate with the Captain and Dispatch Team for pre-flight briefings on technical, route, and weather specifics.
Safety and Compliance:Perform checks and documentation tasks, including ATS flight plans, take-off data, and fuel requirements.
Oversee fuelling at stations without qualified personnel to ensure fuel type and distribution meet standards.
Monitor and report safety-related variables, applying corrective actions as directed.
Take on additional ground-based duties such as Safety or Security Officer when assigned.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum of 500 flight hours on an aircraft, ideally on the Airbus A320.
Experience with a low-cost airline is highly desirable.
Knowledge of aircraft systems, operating procedures, and exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit practices.
Salary & Benefits
During Training (Until Final Line Check):
Salary: AED 12,853 (US$ 3,500) per month (Net).
Per Diem: AED 184 (US$ 50) daily for food and expenses.
Post-Training:
Monthly Salary: AED 20,199 (US$ 5,500) for up to 60 block hours.
Flying Pay Above 60 Block Hours: AED 275 (US$ 75) per hour.
Per Diem: Averaging US$ 1,500 per month.
Additional Benefits:
Accommodation: Hotel accommodation (Bed & Breakfast basis) provided throughout the contract.
Transportation: Ground transport for rostered flight duties.
Travel:Economy class tickets at contract start and end, with 50kg baggage allowance.
Unlimited standby tickets on the Air Arabia network.
MYID travel benefits after 6 months.
Uniforms and Laundry:
Uniforms and laundry services provided for contract duration.
Roster & Time Off:
Roster up to the maximum duty time per CAA regulations.
Annual leave: 30 days, with flexible scheduling for consecutive days off.
